Guideline, Terms & Conditions

We act as an agent to purchase items/concert tickets on behalf from Korea and/or other sources.

All items are pre-order unless stated as ready stock. If you need the item urgently, please check the delivery timing with us first.

 

Section 1 – Goods Purchases

A) Payment

Orders placed will be processed once payment has been received.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation of any item or service at any time if full payment is not made.

Price quoted is on as at basis and is valid for 3 days. We may change the price and cancel any discounts/promotion if payment is not made within 3 days.

Payment option: online transfer, cash deposit or over the bank counter.

Customers must send the receipt / proof of payment to our chat box for record and future reference.

We will not honor the payment if customer unable to show proof of payment especially for cash deposit which we cannot trace by name.

All prices listed on this website are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and all charges will be process in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

For Singapore, payment can be made in SGD to our Singapore account.

For other international buyer, payment can be via PayPal and subjected to processing fee charged by PayPal.

B) Shipping

We provide free shipping to items with the “Free Shipping” tag limited to West Malaysia only. For East Malaysia, surcharges will apply.

For items without the “Free Shipping” tag, customers may choose to combine the order with Free Shipping items, no surcharges will apply (subjected to weight limit).

We will use reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within the period indicated; we will not be responsible for any delays in custom clearance and delivery that are beyond our control.

All orders will have a delivery tracking number to ensure safe delivery and are subject to the delivery company’s timings.

By default, all shipment will be covered by a basic insurance up to RM100 max. Additional charges will apply for customers who opt for extra coverage.

Should there be any physical damage, lost in transit, missing items, etc. Customers are required to make claim directly from the delivery company.

NOTE: Please ensure parcel is in good condition when you receive it. Check immediately if the packaging is damage.

Oversea shipping (from Korea directly to country other than Malaysia)

We will not hold responsible once the parcel is pass over to the Korea posting counter. In case of any shipping issue, additional payment, buyer are to deal directly with Korea’s shipping company.

C) Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We only accept refunds, returns or exchanges if our store has placed your order wrongly.

To be eligible for a refunds, returns or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition which you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds, returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of received.

We do not provide warranty for manufactured defective on digital, electronic and electrical products. (e.g CD, DVD, lightstick). These item(s) purchased are at the buyer’s own risk because we are unable to detect the defectives by looking at the outside.

The fee of returning the items to Korea for replacement is at buyer’s cost. (if you wish to send it back to Korea)

No cancellation or refund is allowed after customers have made payment (either deposit or full payment).

Full refund will be given under the following circumstances:-

– The item(s) ordered are out of stock

– We failed to deliver your order for more than 3 months from the date we travel to Korea. (or from date of payment if Korea trip not applicable)

D) Tax & Custom Duties

We reserve the right to collect custom duties charged by the authority if the goods are detained by custom.

Depending on the total amount, we will either cover all the expenses (or) pay partial of the fee and the balances to be share by the buyers of the items.

Hope you can understand that this is unexpected and we are unable to avoid it if it happens.

E) Gifts

Free gifts is an “Appreciation Gifts” and may vary in colour, design or be replaced by other similar values item and while stock last.

Section 2 – Concert Tickets

Ticketing Reservation

Payment must be made before the ticket launch event, on first come first serve basis

Change of ticket zone is allowed, provided it is before purchase of ticket.

Cancellation is allowed with refund of original ticket price only. Service fee is non-refundable.

Strictly no cancellation / change of zone after purchased of ticket.

We reserve the right to change the service fee without prior notice for customer who have not made payment.

*Service fee is the charges for helping you to queue overnight(s)

Special situation (Concert cancelled by organizer after purchased of tickets)

– No refund on service fee

– We are not obligated to deal with ticket refund, any cost or fee incurred is borne by buyer

– We reserve the right to collect the cost we incurred during the process of assisting buyers in refunding the ticket

Ticket Collection:

Local                : By courier or Self-collection within Kuala Lumpur area

Oversea           : By EMS (cost pay by buyer) or Self-collection before the concert within Kuala   Lumpur/Singapore。

Other Terms and Conditions
We may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information, products and services published on this page at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items.
